I understand that I am hiring Maria D. Morell, Esq. to prepare documents and provide me with documentation and instructions for a mutual consent-do-it-yourself divorce in Cameron County, Pennsylvania. I am not hiring Attorney Morell to represent me in any legal action.
This $300 payed to Maria Morell, Esq is non-refundable after the documents have been prepared and emailed to my email account.
I understand that Cameron County is not the county where I, or my current spouse lives. If my spouse declines to sign documents this divorce action could not continue and any all fees paid will be lost.
